Travelling is Medicine, well of cos every body knows that, travelling undoubtedly makes life more enjoyable and interesting, but now scientists have proven that it can be medicine to us.

When I say medicine, I wont necessarily mean the tablets, injections, drips, but I consider the body as a whole, and how travelling is of use with multiple health benefits.
